TRIPKO card is FREE for a minimum initial load of Php 100. You can reload minimum of Php 50 and in multiples of Php 100 (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, etc.) up to a maximum stored value of ₱5,000.

None – there is no minimum balance required to keep the card active.

None – there is no service charge for reload transactions.

TRIPKO can currently be used for partner buses and jeepneys, nationwide. In the future, it will be used for other modes of transportation as well as payment for goods and services. List will be updated accordingly.

The TRIPKO card can be used for 3 years from purchase date. Any unused load can be transferred to the replacement card after 3 years.

The TRIPKO App is where you can monitor your trips- transaction history, learn about promos, and access free Wi-Fi in selected sites.

TRIPKO is a contactless card, so you simply need to tap the card in the public utility vehicle’s device to make your payment.

A signage bearing the TRIPKO logo should be in the windshield or window of the PUV.

Prior to getting the FREE TRIPKO card, you must register onsite as assisted by our Promo Staff. You can also pre-register thru this link: https://bit.ly/tripkopregister and submit one (1) valid ID.

  • Via Website: Log in using your email and temporary password sent to your email (if
    registered via our Promo staff). Go to “Change Password” and input your old password and new password.

  • Via TRIPKO App: Log in using your email and temporary password sent to your email
    (if registered via our Promo staff). Go to “My TRIPKO” and click edit icon on the upper right corner of your screen. Choose “Change Password” and input your old password and new password.

Your latest transaction/s will reflect within 24 to 48 hrs.

Yes, anyone who has your TRIPKO card can use it.

You may report it via the website, app, or call our 24/7 hotline, (02) 86-TRIPKO and you will be guided through the process.

Just approach our Promo Staff in the TRIPKO outlet near you and request for replacement card.
Replacement fee is Php 150 which includes the new card and transfer of load.

This will depend on the transport company’s discount policy. The driver or conductor will be the one to assign the discount to the passenger holding the TRIPKO card.

Information on trip schedules are controlled by the transport company. You may reach to their website, social media accounts or hotline if provided.

Travel guidelines are set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) and the Local Government Unit (LGU). It may differ per locality depending on the current situation so best to contact the LGU that will cover your travel points.

You may call our 24/7 hotline, (02) 86-TRIPKO within 3 days from date of accident and we will guide you through the process.

Reload your TRIPKO card before the stored value runs out to avoid inconvenience.

Hold your TRIPKO card steadily over the reader, and wait until the ticket is issued to ensure your transaction has gone through.

Keep your TRIPKO card free from physical damage, stickers or other adhesives.

Enroll in the TRIPKO App for exciting member benefits.

Don’t hold your TRIPKO card with other contactless cards over the reader at the same time.

Don’t move your TRIPKO card away from the reader too quickly – wait for the ticket is issued to make sure your transaction has gone through.

Don’t bend, write, wet, scratch, cut or paste something on your TRIPKO.
