The Management Team of both TRIPKO and HM Transport are preparing more destinations as we work together to provide quality service for our passengers. From the left, we have Mr. Jojo Fernandez (Operations Manager), Ms. Liza Del Rosario (Finance Manager), Mr. Jorge Filamor (VP Operations) from HM Transport and Mr. Donavan Yu, CEO of Journeytech Inc.
By working together, we build on our common mission to offer reliable, trusted, and innovative services from the type of vehicle available to the bus facilities and cashless payment system.
TRIPKO aims to partner only with companies with an established reputation and shares the same goal of improving the transportation system in the country like HM Transport. HM transport was founded by Engr. Homero A. Mercado, the former President of JAM Group of Companies in late 1997. Its initial operation started with only four buses using the franchise of Laguna Trans Company plying the route Sta. Cruz, Laguna to Cubao, Quezon City and vice versa. In 2009, HM Transport was accredited by the Department of Energy to participate with their Natural Gas Vehicle Program for Public Transport (NGVPPT) to promote the utilization of compressed natural gas (CNG) in the transport sector ensuring fuel supply diversification and supply security. Thus, HM Transport became the first provincial bus company to use a natural gas as substitute for diesel. From the year 2000 to year 2013, the company continuously acquired the franchises of its various competitors, including the Worthy Transport Inc., now a subsidiary. At present, most bus units are fully air-conditioned and equipped with audio-video, CCTV, and GPS. It will carry on to enhance the services with TRIPKO as a solid partner.
